It's been awhile since I have posted here. I havent had much time.  I really do want to post here more often.. so lets hope this is a new start for me.  I have sold several houses since starting my Real Estate Career.  I love it and I hope to stay with it.  I did make a change on last Friday, I moved to Keller Williams from JP Weigand.  I honestly just think that for me, they are much more my style.  They are embracing technology and expanding rapidly.  I want that for my career, JPW just seems to be happy with the business model that they have used for years and years and dont want to change anything.  So.. I left.  I go today to choose my office and do paperwork.  Oh joy!

I need to order my business cards and take care of a few things immediately.  I only slept 5 hours last night because why? I have no idea.. but now I can take my shower, visit Andy at Dialysis and not be in a huge rush to do it all.

Well today I had my Real Estate Exam and I got a 100% on it.  I am so happy I could just die!  I start my new job on monday and I cannot wait.

Well today is the first of 4 days I will spend in class to learn all about Real Estate.  I am pretty nervous and very excited.  I think I am more nervous about taking the 2 exams next week than anything.  I hate taking tests.

I am ready to start a new job and make money!! I know that I will do well with this, its something I have wanted to do for a long time.  I definately have the personality for it.
